Every Lone Creek piece is made to order, we don’t mass-produce, which keeps piles of unwanted stock out of landfills. Did you know the average cotton T-shirt takes 2,700 litres of water to produce, and millions of them are thrown away each year? By printing only what’s needed, we keep waste low and the planet a little lighter.

Because of this, we can’t accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, or wrong size. It avoids unnecessary reprints and extra shipping miles.

But here’s the important part:

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll replace it straight away, no fuss, no cost to you.
  • If the wrong item lands on your doorstep, we’ll put it right quickly.

Shipping

Each T-shirt is made just for you, no stockpiles, no waste.

  • UK & Europe: 4–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
  • Rest of world: allow 5-10 business days, depending on local couriers.

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your shirt is on the way. Because it’s made to order, times can vary slightly, but it means less waste and a tee made just for you.
Care
  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.
