Every Lone Creek sweatshirt is made to order. We don’t mass-produce, which keeps excess stock out of landfills. The fashion industry generates millions of tonnes of textile waste each year, much of it from unsold or returned items. By printing only what’s needed, we keep waste low and the planet a little lighter.

What we don’t do

We don’t accept returns for change of mind, colour preference, or size issues as this creates waste, emissions, and unused stock, exactly what we’re working to avoid.

If your sweatshirt arrives and the fit isn’t quite right, we’ll remake it once, simple, low-waste, and customer-friendly.

When we’ll replace something outright

– If your sweatshirt arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we’ll replace it at no cost.

– If the wrong item turns up, we’ll sort it quickly.

Checking the size guide before ordering helps make sure your gear fits properly and keeps it where it belongs — out in the wild, not in the bin.
Shipping

Each Sweatshirt is made just for you, no stockpiles, no waste.

  • UK: 4–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days.
  • USA : 4–6 business days.
  • Rest of the world: allow 5–13 business days, depending on local couriers.

You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it right to your doorstep.

Because everything is made just for you, shipping times may vary a little, but the trade-off is less waste, and only the gear people truly want gets made.
Care
  • Gentle machine or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry, avoid high heat
  • Use low heat and a pressing cloth if necessary, but best to avoid ironing fleece or design directly.
  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
Manufacturing

Made from a 240 gsm blend of 80% ringspun US cotton and 20% polyester, this sweatshirt features a 2-end ringspun cotton face fleece woven from sustainably and fairly grown cotton. The ringspun fibers create a smoother, stronger fabric that feels softer against the skin and resists pilling over time.

Designed with double-needle stitching for long-lasting durability and ribbed spandex at the cuffs and hem to maintain shape wear after wear. The classic fit and dropped shoulders add everyday comfort and an easy, relaxed drape, built to hold up through years of wear and wash.
